Prefabricated Buildings

Droit Prefabricated buildings, also known as prefab buildings or modular buildings, are structures that are manufactured off-site at our factory in Bishnupur and then transported to the desired client location for assembly. These buildings are constructed using standardized components that are pre-engineered and pre-fabricated, allowing for efficient and cost-effective construction.

The process of constructing a prefab building typically involves the following steps:

Design and Engineering: Our building design is created using latest BIM and computer-aided design (CAD) software, taking into account the specific requirements of the project. The design is then translated into detailed engineering drawings.

Manufacturing: The manufacturing is carried out at our state of the art factory in West Bengal. The materials used for construction can vary depending on the building’s purpose and design.

Assembly and Installation: Once the components reach the building site, they are assembled and installed according to the pre-engineered design. This process is typically faster compared to traditional construction methods since many of the construction tasks have already been completed in the factory.

The advantages of prefabricated buildings include:
Speed of Construction
Cost Savings
Quality and Consistency
Flexibility and Adaptability
Sustainability
Prefabricated buildings find applications in various sectors, including residential housing, commercial buildings, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail spaces, and industrial complexes. We offer a faster, more efficient, and cost-effective alternative to conventional construction methods, meeting the demands of modern construction projects.
